- Design brand collateral for client projects.
- Attend weekly team meeting(s) with project managers.

- Self-regulate your time to stay on budget.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of design work experience.
- Portfolio that demonstrates strong creative ability.
- Strong peer-to-peer communication skills.
- Use (or be willing to learn) the Affinity creative application.
- Basic understanding of marketing and messaging ideas.
- Basic understanding of AI tools like GPTs, Grok, Perpelxity, etc.
Senior Front-end WordPress Developer
Compensation:
Key Responsibilities:
- Turn design concepts in to functional websites.
- Build dynamic content management solutions using ACF, Custom Fields, etc.
- Use Bryckroad’s method for building sites.
- Occasionally provide support to clients.
- Build custom form solutions using Formidable Forms.
- Create advanced form workflows in Formidable Forms.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of WordPress development experience.
- Portfolio that demonstrates strong development ability.
- Advanced understanding of the WordPress ecosystem.
- Experience working with WP page builders.
- Familiarity with / willing to learn the Bricks Builder (page builder).
- Strong peer-to-peer communication skills.
Sales / Account Service Manager
Compensation:
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell Bryckroad’s solutions to businesses (branding, website design, marketing, etc).
- Enter, track, and followup with leads using Zoho CRM.
- Work with project managers to keep projects on track.
- 5-10hrs / week in-office for team meetings.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years B2B sales experience.
- Friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to think quickly and answer questions honestly.
- Experience with CRM platforms.
- Basic understanding of Google Docs.
