Where We Started

A Good Business Deserves A Brand With A Point Of View.

POD Print had the clients, the capabilities, and the experience. What it didn't have was one clear way to say it.

And with a big share of its work tied to aviation, an industry going digital fast, this wasn't a “freshen up the logo” project. It was a “where are we going next” project.

CORE Discovery

First, We Had Some Things To Figure Out.

During our three-day brand discovery workshop, the POD Print team kept calling themselves a “well-kept secret.” We helped them figure out how to say it, and who to say it to!

So we scored their own clients with one blunt question:

Would you want ten more of these?

The answer cut across industries. The best clients all wanted a partner, not a vendor. That gave us two ideal customers: multi-location operations teams and buyers who need precision above everything else.

Direction

Then, We Found The Direction.

We built four quick directions so the team could see the brand, not just talk about it. The winner took confidence from one and warmth from another, with a palette trimmed until every color earned its spot.

Final art board: POD Print in Outfit Bold on turquoise, the Sand Paper, Deep Navy, Turquoise, Tangerine and Gold Ochre palette, outlined icons, printed collateral mockups, a wide-format press and a lounge with orange and navy wall art.

Logo

Crafting The Logo.

Four words from the workshop became the brief: Dependability. Precision. Partnership. Craft.

The result is a full mark system, not a single logo: a primary mark, an icon for small spaces, and horizontal and vertical lockups. It holds up on a business card, a building, and everything in between.

Color

Building A Color Palette.

Warm, confident, and flexible enough to give each industry its own flavor while staying unmistakably POD Print.

Voice

The Voice Behind The Visual.

Visuals get attention. Words tell people what to do with it. The brand statement came straight from how the team describes itself:

Dependable and collaborative, bringing real solutions to the table with an approachable edge and the adaptability to make every customer feel heard.

The Website

Then We Built The Website Around It.

A brand only works if people can find it.

So we built the website design around how POD Print sells: short-run digital printing, large format, and a managed portal for multi-location teams. Each one gets its own page, its own proof, and a straight path to a quote.

The goal was simple: a quote request a busy operations manager can finish in under a minute.

What's Next

From Well-Kept Secret To Ready For What's Next.

Aviation work is going digital. POD Print isn't waiting around for it. The team knows exactly who to go after next, and it has a brand and a website built to win them.

Three days of discovery. One much clearer direction. And a website built to carry it.
